Park Voyagers Coming This Fall to River Park

"Park Voyagers is a free, innovative program developed and operated collaboratively by Museums In the Park (MIP) and the Chicago Park District (CPD). It is designed to provide Chicago youth with experiential, educational enrichment in informal settings. Our goal is to awaken and encourage curiosity in children, enhance their natural ability to observe and experiment, nurture their innate capacity for creative problem-solving, and equip them for full participation in the civic and cultural life in Chicago."

There will be a Spring Shred Event on Friday, April 22, from 3 – 7 pm. Pack the car and head on over to the 40th Ward yard, located at 5333 N. Western Avenue, next door to Drake and Sons Funeral Home. Please remember to remove all metal from documents, including binders, binder clips and paper clips. All paper will be shredded onsite.
