Win-Hood PSA - Parking

Win-Hood has limited parking lots adjacent to some of its buildings for the use of shareholders with cars on a first-come-first-serve basis. One Winhood sticker is issued by per unit, and we ask that residents do not switch stickers between vehicles. Residents with more than one car can park only one car in an available lot space, and must find street parking for their other vehicles.

Win-Hood residents that will be away for extended periods must also find street parking for their vehicle. Any cars found without a Win-Hood sticker or found violating other parking rules will be towed at the owner's expense.
